With ongoing international shipping issues and delays we send via FEDEX to Canada, UK, Europe, Asia, Latin America. While the pricing is higher than that of NZ Post, we have experienced even longer delays and a very high rate of damages, losses and returns when using NZ Post. FedEx delivery times are also half of NZ Post's estimated delivery times.

United States - Timeframe: 14-21 days
Canada and Latin America - Timeframe: 14-21 days
UK / Europe / Asia - Timeframe: Western Europe (excl. France/Italy): 14 -21 days
Rest of world - Timeframe: 14 - 21 days

We cannot accept any liability for the damage or loss of physical items by third party carriers such as NZ Post or Fed Ex.
